We are a family owned bakery specializing in desserts and breakfast pastries. Everything we make is made from scratch at our Mandarin location. We brew and serve locally roasted Brass Tacks coffee and espresso drinks.

Donna has been in the restaurant industry since the age of 13. She started cooking in her parents Italian restaurant Antonio's in St. Augustine. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York before coming back to Jacksonville Fl. in 1988. She spent time as the assistant Pastry Chef at Epping Forest Yacht Club before becoming the Pastry Chef at San Jose County Club. After her children were grown and graduated high school, Donna went after her dream and opened Amaretti Desserts in 2013.
